Dinner: (1) 鹵水鵝/豬耳/豬頭肉 ("lo shui" braised goose, pig's ear, pig's head) - super tasty and the goose was tender and not chewy nor dry; (2) 蠔仔粥 (baby oyster congee) - packed with so many baby oysters and the soup base was nicely seasoned; (3) 涼瓜煎蛋 (fried egg w bitter melon) - this was disappointing...bitter melon did not taste bitter at all...also the melon was diced when it should be sliced; (4) 潮式蒸魚 (Chiu chow style steamed fish) - don't know the kind of fish but was steamed perfectly. OVERALL

OVERALL - meh (used to be better). SUGGEST - "lo shui" braised everything.

How I rate: awesome > decent > meh > terrible.
