I have always liked Pho so when I read about Pho Metro on some editorials I put this on my bucket list.

Whenever I go to a new Pho restaurant I will always order raw beef noodles that way I will be able to taste their broth base, the beef and the noodles.

The noodles came in a rather large bowl and portion is standard. Unfortunately the broth was pretty mild in taste, lacking the aroma and flavor of Pho. The beef tasted good with a rich beef texture. The rice noodles were the thick and broad type and unfortunately again they were quite broken making them difficult to make pick up. One positive point was they offered raw or cooked bean sprouts, and having the seafood and chilling sauce as default which added back some points to overall experience.

Yet another thing that disappointed was the iced Viet coffee. The highlight of Viet Coffee should be its aroma and the bitter sweetness from coffee and condensed milk. However this pre dripped coffee tasted bland, lacking the highlight I was looking for.

The restaurant was clean, and so was the taste.
