35 minutes for a pancake is unacceptable. The pancake and coffee tasted decent enough, but even after I was warned that it would take 20 minutes for my pancake, it wasn't until 35 minutes later, and only AFTER I turned to give the staff a look, that my dish materialized, and looooong after the coffee was cold and done. That delay was likely caused by the picky women next to me, who either insisted on having the ice cream served separately from the pancake after the fact or the staff got it wrong

Bottom line, I wouldn't go here unless there (a) are ready seats/no line, (b) is cash burning a hole in your pocket, and (c) you don't particularly have anywhere to go for an hour.
