Overpriced and poor service

All prices set at 5 stars hotel but quality and presentation are similar as other Sai Kung cafes. Service is poor neither. After dining and coffees, asking for a glass of water but not available. We requested to re-check with the restaurant manager (owner), they could offer a cup of water but charged us a standard price of lemon water! $40 for a cup of hot water!
