服務態度非常差- 服務員非常不耐煩，對查詢的態度冷淡、甚至惡劣- 詢問可否一邊排隊一邊看menu -被拒絕，並稱只有一份menu 亦不可在前台看menu- 因而等待時間極度長 - 並非因為人流過多而是因為服務極慢廚房關門沒有物供應不通知- 前往查詢可否看食品餐牌，被人叫排隊不說廚房已關門；直到排到了才通知- 亦沒有張貼告示- Not putting up notice about kitchen closed and not serving food; attempted to ask but asked to queue and not telling us about no longer serving food衛生不嚴謹- 有客人倒瀉飲料但服務員只會用紙巾擦是不會用水或酒精消毒飲品性價比低- 飲品質素還可以但價格極度高昂
