Spotted some oyster sushi which I rarely see at Sushi Takeout so decided to try it.It is labelled as Frozen boiled oysters and they cost $3 per piece.I got 3 pieces so that I could try it in three ways.1) on its own2) with soy sauce3) with soy sauce and wasabi.1) The oyster sushi on its own didn't have much oyster taste but it had a starchy mushy texture which makes sense as it was previously frozen.2) The oyster sushi with soy sauce tasted slighty better but it didn't quite enhance the oyster t

I got 3 pieces so that I could try it in three ways.
1) on its own
2) with soy sauce
3) with soy sauce and wasabi.

1) The oyster sushi on its own didn't have much oyster taste but it had a starchy mushy texture which makes sense as it was previously frozen.
2) The oyster sushi with soy sauce tasted slighty better but it didn't quite enhance the oyster taste.
3) The oyster sushi with soy sauce and wasabi tasted much better but then because it is a tasteless frozen oyster it really needed all the condiments to  bring out the flavour.

Although it wasn't very tasty but you get another option for $3.
