To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

全世界最高的酒吧,就在香港麗思卡爾頓酒店頂層118樓的Ozone,這夜於酒店另一餐廳晚飯前,先來這裡喝杯酒,輕鬆一下。從搭出電梯開始,到步入Ozone已比這裡甚有型格及時髦的設計吸引著。然而叫人可惜的是這夜天氣比較大霧,否則維港夜景便可清晰的盡入眼瞼,想一想也真的叫人迷倒。雖然看不清夜景,但這裡的環境也同樣令人享受。坐在窗旁的梳座位,跟朋友聊著天,也真愉快舒服。期後,酒店先為我們送來特別的飲品,Dragontini,以紅桑莓汁作主體,味道同樣酸酸的,果香味道甚重。而我點的是Champagne Mojito,由Vokdka,Lime,Mint,Sugar及Rose Champagne調製而成,我喜愛喝酸一點,所以調酒員替我加多點青檸汁,酸酸的再滲出薄荷清香,酒精烈度不會很高,讓人不自覺會喝很多,精神也更加放鬆起來。還有無限量供應的果仁,佐酒最不錯。喝著酒,時間也到了,往酒店102樓去。未知下午來到感覺又會如何呢?得知Ozone亦推出了香檳Sunday Brunch,多款前菜、刺身、熱食及甜品,還包括六選一的主菜及Veuve Clicquot香檳,每位價錢只是$888,這個早午餐也很吸引,
