To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日收工同朋友嚟到呢一度食好嘢，朋友介紹話竟然有喺英國過嚟嘅Burger and lobster!!! 呢一間店舖係其中一間我係英國最鍾意嘅舖頭，當然要去支持下竟然唔使飛去英國都有機會食到，非常興奮！！今次比較推介嘅係B&L Combo, 龍蝦非常新鮮，非常爽口彈牙，咬落去每一啖都係啖啖肉，好似返咗英國嘅burger and lobster咁薯條再配以蛋黃醬，亦都係佢嘅招牌菜，薯條炸得非常香脆，唔會有好油淋淋嘅感覺 再配以蛋黃醬，簡直100分 沙律菜到令人開胃，係一個唔錯嘅配搭
