To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想不到還是沒有其他食家在此留言. . . 已和同事到訪多次. 是次一大夥人來搞party - 朗誦, 唱歌, 播media clips, 送花再加遊戲與喧嘩, 無人干擾, 剛巧是日陰晴不定人客疏落, 我們坐了兩小時多, 估計有三份二時間是包場的. 食物方面, 同事們很讚串燒和雞翼, 我則喜歡那芝士法包(像蒜茸包般的). Carbonara雞肉fettuccine不錯; 海鮮linguine則太辣兼多油. pizza...沒有印像. 特別一提的是一位年輕人的服務, 非常有禮和considerate, 而又不會intrusive, 很受大家讚賞. Thumbs up to you!
