又再來到灣仔的Passion by Gerard Dubois,來過這裡多次吃下午茶,今次早上經過,就先來吃早餐。看著新鮮焗起的朱古力酥,香氣滿溢,也禁不住點一個來吃。酥皮香脆鬆化,面層鋪滿杏仁片及糖粉,內裡有不少朱古力粒,味道香甜,吃得滿足。鬆餅份量挺大,顏色未算十分吸引。翻熱過後,餅身帶暖,外層不夠脆身,內裡質感較為扎實,亦有點乾身,要不是塗上點果醬及Clotted Cream來吃,帶來多點濕潤感的話,麵粉糰也會黏稠著口。這樣的吃著,鬆餅也夠大,吃的真的飽肚。
