坐低咗之後,佢會有麵包提供,同介紹下pasta of the day係啲乜嘢,再介紹你嗰個tasting menu,其實都幾抵,二人份量會有兩個頭盤三個pasta再加兩個甜品。講到明係pasta bar當然最拿手嘅就係自家製意粉,但係其實前菜都唔差㗎。我哋叫咗兩個沙律,一個我哋揀咗以蔬菜為主嘅Mediterranean Salad,用既沙律菜好fresh,用醋來做調味,上面仲有啲新鮮合桃,有feta cheese,少少蘋果,overall都幾refreshing。另一個就想揀啲有咬口既,就揀左Octopus Salad,八爪魚切粒易入口,有青瓜,pickled radish,少少薯仔同火箭菜,有橄欖,個sauce先係重點,就係用左lemon oregano dressing,少少自然酸,再有d herbs既加持😍Pici咁多分店,但係銅鑼灣店呢度有兩個限定pastas,就係Double Ravioli Pumpkin and Ricotta同Farfalle Prawns and Pesto。意大利雲吞入面有芝士同南瓜蓉,雖然芝士味好重,但都會食到有南瓜蓉嘅甜味,芝士係偏向厚身但唔會好

Pici咁多分店,但係銅鑼灣店呢度有兩個限定pastas,就係Double Ravioli Pumpkin and Ricotta同Farfalle Prawns and Pesto。意大利雲吞入面有芝士同南瓜蓉,雖然芝士味好重,但都會食到有南瓜蓉嘅甜味,芝士係偏向厚身但唔會好搶味既ricotta cheese,個sauce係牛油做base,上面加左少少salami做吊味。Farfalle Prawns and Pesto個蝦肉好爽,帶啲鹹味,蝴蝶粉都好有咬口,個青醬係homemade既,仲配左少少小蕃茄一齊。

到訪pasta bar,當然要試pasta of the day,今日係Pork Ragu Pappardelle,用既係蕃茄醬汁做底,上面係好香嘅豬肉碎,佢唔會碎得好緊要,亦都保留一定口感,on top再有巴馬臣芝士,一嚟到已經勁香,加埋佢個好有口感同好掛汁既手工寬帶麵,非常出色。

佢最出名嘅甜品,就梗係tiramisu,嗰層cream好厚好rich,酒嘅味唔會太重,可可味好出。

講下野飲,其實non alcoholic drinks黎講佢份量都幾大杯,我哋嗌既都係有汽(夏天超解渴的),但生果味依然好出,同埋來得好自然。
