After running some errands at Tsuen Wan, it was already lunch time thus we decided to have a nice place nearby to have our lunch. After looking at their menu displayed outside, we decided on Caffe Milani. It was located at Citywalk 1, several minutes walk from Tsuen Wan West MTR.For their lunch set, it was priced at $98, consisting of soup or salad, pasta or all day breakfast. Their pastries, cakes and ice cream were all displayed on their glass cabinet, allowing us to take a peek of the product.
Soup of the day was creamy pumpkin soup with crabmeat. It was very creamy and thick in texture. It was sweet, with strong pumpkin taste. There were crab meat in it too, complimenting well with the soup.
Linguine with crabmeat - Pasta consisted of crabmeat, anchovies, dried tomato and garlic etc, making it tasty. It was cooked till chewy and crabmeat was chewy and fresh in taste. Sliced lemon was provided to add onto it, helping to make it appetizing and refreshing.
Iced rich chocolate was smooth, with strong cocoa taste. Cream helped to make it creamy and smooth, perfect for chocolate lovers.
Chocolate banana cake was thick in texture, creamy too. It was sweet, with strong chocolate taste, with a light touch of banana flavour in it.
Croissant were soft and crispy, with generous serving of chocolate and pistacchio paste in it. They were sweet and rich in taste, good for after meal.
Tiramisu and red velvet flavour ice cream were tasty, thick and sticky in texture. Red velvet was sour in taste, complimenting nicely with tiramisu which was sweet and creamy.
