To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又嚟到每隔一段時間都轉theme嘅富山麵家🍜今次係中華風嘅PC狗主題，成間店以橙紅色為主調，門口仲掛住啲中式燈籠，仲有一系列嘅PC狗精品，成件事勁吸睛勁可愛😍黑醬油拉麵 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️黑醬油湯底勁濃郁，熱辣辣嘅湯底配埋拉麵，簡直係冬日之選！配菜有大大塊日式叉燒、豬軟骨同埋糖心蛋，另外仲用魚蛋砌咗個PC狗屁屁🤣真係好cute好可愛🩷黑松露忌廉烏冬 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️呢個PC狗烏冬打卡真係冇得輸‼️第1次食忌廉烏冬，滑捋捋嘅冷忌廉撈埋冷烏冬，配埋黑松露感覺好特別～另外配菜有天婦羅、炸雞同埋鵪鶉蛋，一場嚟到值得一試😎特製蝦餃 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️PC狗造型蝦餃，估唔到味道咁高質，蝦餃皮彈牙唔會太厚，內餡嘅蝦雖然唔大但係調味剛剛好，真係可以媲美酒樓嘅蝦餃👍🏻北海道牛奶芭菲 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️食完熱辣辣嘅拉麵當然要再嚟一個冰凍嘅甜品！杯中有勁Q彈嘅啫喱同埋我最愛嘅芋圓，而白色嘅雪糕就變成PC狗造型，又可愛又好食😋
