I wonder Kebab should have different style according to various culture / zone , maybe it's simular to we eat taiwan-snacks from north to south, even it's beef-noodle, they have different style from different "teachers / ancestors"

Andana lamb Kebab roll ($70) : lot fresh & green lettuce, tomato, sour sauce & miced lamb with thin bread (not that crispy style), but I would like to have the original lamb slice feel more realistic ! the size is just right for my big stomach when I need more energy to restart my enginee for the rest of the day,

Turkish coffee ($21) is totally different from we drink , thick in the bottom & I don't mind my order is without sugar, but there is less frangrant compare with the blue-mountain or some brand I drink from Germany or Japan.

Other Info. : ~ I've not been in Turkey, but have the experience ate in Perth, Australia & local shops in TST, when certain middle-east shop provide simular kebabs (some are coating with thick bread & spicy sauce); ~ air-con. maybe return normally when more customers came except my condition ! ~ if it's a kind of fast-food style, service charge should be less !
