I have been to this place on multiple occasions and used to go to the one just around the corner simply known as 'Poke' but regardless of what the signs say on the old shop, this place has effectively relocated to Haven street with the same great flavours and selection as before. In fact, now it looks even nicer and is much bigger with more seating.If you don't know how it works, basically you choose your base (white rice, brown rice, salad or mixed), then you choose your fish (tuna or salmon),
If you don't know how it works, basically you choose your base (white rice, brown rice, salad or mixed), then you choose your fish (tuna or salmon), then you choose 3 toppings (with additional ones adding to the cost) and finally, your sauce.
For me, I like the shredded egg and edamame and the nutty buddy sauce is the best, especially for those that like the flavours of sesame, peanuts and Japanese mayo. I find the poke bowl itself perfect before or after I go do some training. The fish tastes really fresh and with all the toppings and sauce it just gives a really enjoyable mixture that appeals to all senses of the palate.

There are some original drink recipes with my favourite being the almond shake, which contains real almonds, almond milk and with a hint of cinnamon. It's refreshing and filling!
