was looking for any cafe in tai hang to kill time in an afternoon. actually there were a lot of choice in this district and with no reason, i chose hello kitty today. i'm not a fan.i thought it'd be easy to get a place for one but i turned up waited for 30mins. they gave me a 3 people table but i asked if they wanna split it so i don't occupy them too much space, they said it's fine. feeling sorry for people waiting outside but the shop was so kind to me indeed.i ordered a hot chocolate and a cr
i thought it'd be easy to get a place for one but i turned up waited for 30mins. they gave me a 3 people table but i asked if they wanna split it so i don't occupy them too much space, they said it's fine. feeling sorry for people waiting outside but the shop was so kind to me indeed.
i ordered a hot chocolate and a crab meat with avocado toast.
the hot chocolate had a hello kitty on top, i'd expect it to be sweeter and hotter. it's just fair.
the crab meat with avocado toast again got the hello kitty face grilled on it. it tasted not bad but i suspect it's somewhat canned food instead of the cafe prepares it themselve? cause there wasn't bigger piece of avocado and visible crab meat, everything came as a paste and quite salty. it's very like the paste that you can easily get from the shelf. they offered quite much paste that's more than enough for the toast.
i wanted to sit for longer and do some readings but the shop was so popular. till half 3 there were still a queue outside so i just paid and left, probably because it's school holiday.
the individual cakes looked tempting too and i'll try them next time.
