I asked for hollandaise on the side as I like to have the flexibility to mix however much I want with each bite! (Because sometimes hollandaise sauce at restaurants are too buttery for my liking.) one poached egg was perfect and the other one was a tad over cooked. Regardless, I just love the muffin, smoked salmon and spinach combo! Topped with a delicious hash brown and fresh fruits for some added freshness! Truly the perfect brunch! Wld definitely return!
