Since there are lots of different kind of pots , so we ask the server what she recommend, she recommends us to order a combination pot from them with mixture of pork, prawns, chicken, so we can taste all kind of ingredients and we have been ask the spice level as there are 3 different kind of hot spice.

 The pot came in with raw meat inside and the waitress help us to cook it with stirring action. After 15 to 20 minutes, all the meats was cooked and we have tasted it.

 I really like the spicy source, seem like it is some kind of Hoi Sin source plus hot spice. The flavor blend well with the meats and I was hurry to eat it with a bowl of rice.
When all the sauces were dried off, the waitress asked whether we want to add water to carry on our hot pot. But I am afraid we were so full already. I will definitely come again soon!
Other Info. : The simmer pot is very nice indeed, however, the service standard can be more proactive!
