最愛法國菜,因為佢既好食又精緻用心,煮食時會考慮食物既鮮味,唔會太over cook或調味太濃,「高貴優雅既貴族氣息」係法國菜既追求所以優質既法國菜一直價錢都比較貴,因為用料同烹調都要最高水準今次係lunch 去,要咗個lunch set,首先黎既係熱辣辣既麵包,麵包細細個,咬落又鬆又軟,超好食之後係頭盤,煎帶子,最驚喜係帶子既面鋪咗啲薑蓉,係呀,你無睇錯,係點切雞用既薑蓉呀,呢個中西fusion真係夠驚喜,薑蓉配埋墊底、甜甜地既南瓜蓉,中和咗薑蓉既霸氣味道,仲可以食到帶子既鮮味,一絕!主菜係黑椒牛柳,要咗三成熟,個牛啲黑椒味超香濃,切開三成熟,煎得啱啱好,真係無野講,完美既厚切牛柳!然後食一啖配菜既薯蓉... oh dear! 點解會咁好食!個薯蓉又香又滑,啲牛油味香到係個口入面停留好耐,真係無可挑剔,除左卡路里好高囉😆呢一餐真係完美,減緊肥所以無要甜品,兩個course lunch set,$393一位
