Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

友人邀請下參與他們的老友敍會，第一次黎到Mezzo ,實在意想不到得到的美食和難忘的招待.遲來的我，一來到已見到抬面熱烘烘，外形酷似四方磚頭的餐前麵包，外脆內熱裡滲著洋䓤絲，與煙肉碎的香味，一口一口暢快地送往嘴裡，美味到不能形容😆，頭盤鮮帶子配鮮檸檬香草汁，好新鮮既帶子，肉質厚身，加上檸檬汁帶出帶子的鮮味，絕配！之後到鵝肝配脆片-濃濃的黑醋蘋果粒醋汁伴住鵝肝肉香滑溜，留在口裡餘香實在令人回味，再來了一究燒牛柳，半生熟切成小小片的燒牛柳，外面皮燒到烚到好處，鎖住肉質juicy，雖然已經好full,但真的不能不嘗，之後再來大大的亞拉斯加蟹，仲有總廚為我們特別預備最窩心的甜品同雪糕...真的令我地有一個很滿足又美味的晚餐.
