The jamon was a true spectacle; the marbling was the purest of whites and it was aged to tasty perfection - a larger platter is also available for HK$328/AU$47. Each gamba was steeped in the fragrant garlic and cava reduction, providing a delightful pop in the mouth; they were distinctly sweet and ideal for sharing amongst the table.The tomato bread was a unique canvas for the smokey jamon, as well as the anchovies which were dusted lightly with queso and served with chargrilled grape segments.
