Favilla’s Kwun Tong branch is more spacious and offers a lot more choices on the menu than the one in Quarry Bay (check out what we had last time), but the food quality is still delicious as ever.We went on a Saturday, and the all-day-breakfasts on the menu were perfect choices to start our day. We ordered both the Japanese style with delicious eel (not commonly found in other restaurants) and a flavorful sausage, as well as the classic European style with smoked salmon. Both all-day-breakfasts

Both all-day-breakfasts had a side salad with a unique dressing that tasted a bit like honey mustard. Interestingly, there were several sweet grapes 🍇 alongside. We really loved the crunchy potato mash and the creamy scrambled egg, which was quite moist and not overcooked. The egg in the European style even had some truffle on top.

Even the plates had a lot of detail put into them. For the European version, the food plating looked nice on the wooden board, ideal for an IG-able picture, while the Japanese one came on a nice ceramic plate.

The matcha latte was placed in a wooden box, which looked nice for photos too. The drink was quite rich with a slight bit of bitterness, and the milk added made it taste even better
