Off a side street in the heart of Central, J Boroski is relatively difficult to find with cool speakeasy vibes. While you can order a number of cocktails, wines and spirits off the menu, what makes this bar stand out amongst its competitors is the customisable cocktails.

The bartender comes over to your table and asks what spirit base you like, the flavour you like and any other special requirements. Then the bartender goes off and creates a unique cocktail based on your liking! However don’t be surprised when you get the bill at the end of your night, there are no set prices for these customisable cocktails but they are often around the $150-200 mark generally.
