First time trying Peru cuisine in my life😆😆 @chullschickhk is inspired by the causal family-style eateries scattered around Peru's capital city. Chullschick offers an all day Peruvian dining experience to the bustling neighborhoods of Central and Wai Chai. It serves comfort food and traditional-style grilled and roasted meats.

🔺Pollo A La Brasa (Half) ($150)
It had 1/2 chicken, 2 side dishes and yellow chili sauce. Peruvian-style roast chicken rubbed in a special blend if herbs and spices. The chicken was extremely juicy. It had a distinct smokiness taste on it. Very outstanding dish.

🔺Causa De Pescado ($128)
It had mashed potato, seabass tartar, kalamata olive and togarashi mayo. It was one of their signature dish. A simple yet filling Peruvian terrine, blending mashed potatoes and Aji Amarillo "Peruvian yellow pepper paste", olives, onions, quail eggs and red radish. A good starter to start our dinner.

🔺Peruvian Beef Empanada ($130)
It had 2pcs and it had stuffed with minced beef, egg, onion, chimichurri sauce. I saw everyone in the restaurant ordered this dish. A crescent-shape pastry common throughout Lain America, filled with meat. Very delicious!

🔺Green Duck Rice ($229)
The staffs recommended us to order this rice dish. It had smoked duck breast, duck leg confit, duck egg rice cooked with coriander, yellow chili sauce and pepper. It was one of the Peru's most iconic and vibrant dishes, featuring duck that was slightly seared before confit for 13 hours before being served over a fragrant green rice tinted with cilantro, spinach, onions, garlic and dark beer. Huge portion!

🔺Peruvian Churros with chocolate sauce ($68)
We loved this dessert so much! The churros were hot and crispy. We dipped with some chocolate sauce. Great combination!
