Pets unfriendly place with rude server

We went to this restaurant for few times before, food was ok, nothing impressive, we revisited due to the great location, we brought our kids and pet & the male server at reception desk stop us from getting in even we suggested we could put our pet in a bag / stay in outdoor area. Male waiter is so rude, and we feel very much offended by his gesture and attitude towards us. Never expect to have such a horrible experience in a restaurant in friendly area like discovery bay. Never expect to have such a horrible experience in a restaurant in friendly area like discovery bay. So disappoint and this restaurant is so going to my black list.
