Street raw beef pho $68
They were very generous with their beef, I counted at least 6 slices. Loved how the raw onions added another layer of freshness and the crunchy texture matched perfectly with the deep broth. The broth had a sweetness to it and I managed to finish most of the broth.

Traditional french bread $62
It was a filly packed banh mi with Vietnamese sausage, boneless pork shank, pork liver pate, corriander and mayo. Bread was crispy and fresh, the pate and mayo acted as a good base that stuck the whole dish together.
