There are now three branches of What the Pho, the one at TKO is always busy so tried this one.You could smell pho from the door especially the beef broth and herbs. On the menu, there were so many noodle options.I'm not a fan of meat balls so just got the plain thinly sliced raw beef noodles.I was impressed as the beef was lean and fresh while the soup was oil free and clear. The noodles soaked the broth well and the soup was aromatic so it was a nice bowl of pho.
