This is one of the most heated new restaurants recently. And after my visit, I find it no surprise why. If Spring Field is a pho with Japanese twist 🇯🇵 I would say Xuân‘s pho is with an American twist 🇺🇸 They use beef prime rib for the pho and it is to my surprise that it actually works very well. Their broth goes for a lighter and clearer approach without much herbs that showcases the beefy flavour and Northern Vietnamese style. The add-on beef bone marrow 🦴creates amazing chemistry with the broth too to make it even more intense and beefy. Don’t forget to add the Chinese-churros and you will thank me later 😉
Their appetisers and salads are very well crafted too. The crab 🦀 spring roll looks nothing special but I regret saying this after a bite. It is literally a roll of crabmeat‼️ They are newly open last month and lots of foodies are bookmarking for them. Do make a reservation before you go😎
