Pier 1929 位於灣仔碼頭,由會展站步行過去只需5分鐘就會到達,超方便啊!他們最近推出了全新晚市套餐,套餐包含湯品、前菜、自選主菜、甜品及自選雞尾酒。先由湯品說起,龍蝦湯𝖫𝗈𝖻𝗌𝗍𝖾𝗋 𝖡𝗂𝗌𝗊𝗎𝖾 (+$30) 味道濃郁,充滿鮮味口感幼滑,美中不足的是裡面沒有龍蝦肉。無花果醬香煎鴨肝配多士 (+$40),厚切豐腴的鴨肝伴上黑醋及無花果醬減卻入口的油膩感,是道不錯的開胃前菜。主菜必點主廚推介的西班牙慢煮乳豬 (HKD368),乳豬以 75 度低溫慢煮 18 小時,再烤至外皮香脆,肉質嫩滑之餘帶有乳豬鹹香味,好好吃。澳洲M5和牛西冷伴薯角蘆筍 (HKD428)⁣⁣⁣ 牛味香濃,吃起來帶點嚼勁,肉質不算非常鬆化腍嫩。甜品有抹茶撻配雪糕,抹茶撻包着半溶的抹茶餡,一入口濃郁的茶香加上像曲奇一樣酥脆的撻皮,好滿足!Cocktail:- Dionysus (+$55)- Song of the Siren (+$55)
