It's hard to find pistachio ice cream, let alone gelato, in Hong Kong. IFC's Grom and Dreyer's black, 400ml tubs are the only readily available options I know of that can satisfy a pistachio ice cream craving. Passion is a third option. Gelato here is not too bad, but I am missing rich, freshly homemade gelato terribly.This gelato here is a little bit sandy and icy, but the flavor is great, and rather different from elsewhere. Crème brûlée is caramelized on request and its rich, vanilla-flavored
