朋友想食意粉,搵左太古的「CIAK」,據知連續幾年拎咗米芝連推介。不過佢最後冇點意粉,見到人哋食pizza又話想試。我私心選咗四種意大利芝士配風乾火腿薄餅($230),餅底夠薄但又唔會承托唔到啲料,亦唔乾,充滿麵粉香。芝士薄薄的但好夠味,唔會好膩,不過食唔出有四種。火腿唔會放好多,分量恰到好處,太多就會好鹹,質感都好軟綿。因為大家都唔餓,就另叫一道前菜生牛肉他他($170),生牛肉醃得好入味,墊底的牛油果好幼滑,配埋蔥粒、炸薯絲等等,口感極豐富,賣相亦好靚。一心已經諗好的菜式今次完全食唔到(有時好多嘢都係計劃唔到),唯有第日有機會再試。
