星期六中午,訂咗兩位,專登來試下呢間50大既Pizza.叫左兩份AntipastiBurrata-失望,完全無奶味,配搭ok , 帶甜既caramelized onionsBeef tartare - 失望,牛肉無牛味,而且有根, 配芝士主角-A' SALSICCIA:有驚喜, dough gluten 有 develop 到,所以個麵包口感煙韌,有口感,做到外脆內軟.只不過, 個bread dough 本身就無咩味道.至於 topping,我覺得正常發揮. caramelized onions令整個pizza帶甜,芝士拉勁強.但芝士味道偏淡,唔重奶香味.總結,個pizza dough 令我想返來再試其他口味,但只限pizza, Antipasti 就唔多岩我口味

Beef tartare - 失望,牛肉無牛味,而且有根, 配芝士

主角-A' SALSICCIA:
有驚喜, dough gluten 有 develop 到,所以個麵包口感煙韌,有口感,做到外脆內軟.只不過, 個bread dough 本身就無咩味道.至於 topping,我覺得正常發揮. caramelized onions令整個pizza帶甜,芝士拉勁強.但芝士味道偏淡,唔重奶香味.

總結,個pizza dough 令我想返來再試其他口味,但只限pizza, Antipasti 就唔多岩我口味
