If you like thin and crispy pizza "Italian" style (vs thick and cheesy "American" style) this is definetly the best pizza I have tried in Hong Kong. My guess is that they prepare fresh dough everyday, while most of the other restaurants use frozen, industrial one.The service is very basic, and if what you are after is a nice dining experience, don't eat a their outlets. Also hygene seems to be lacking somehow. Clean and ironed shirts for the service staff seems to be a luxury the owner can not a

The service is very basic, and if what you are after is a nice dining experience, don't eat a their outlets. Also hygene seems to be lacking somehow. Clean and ironed shirts for the service staff seems to be a luxury the owner can not afford, for example.

So, just expect a great pizza, but nothing else.
