To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

It was raining outside so we decided to order pizza for dinner. It was raining outside so we decided to order pizza for dinner. We went on the internet to check out the closest pizza shop and Chicken and pizza was the closest so we ordered from them.
We got one of the dinner set which includes a regular pizza, two chicken, snack and drinks. My boyfriend loves pineapple so I ordered the Hawaiian pizza. The dough was very thick, to be honest, I don’t like thick crust but they only have this one. Even thought the dough was thick, it was soft. There were lots of ham, pineapple and cheese. The tomato sauce was not too sour.

The chicken was very crispy and tender.

I enjoyed the snack box very much; there were all sorts of finger food and very crispy. The spring rolls had a curry taste and full of vegetables. The curry puff was very nice with potato mash inside. The chicken wings were very tasty, they had very strong peppery and I love the flavor very much. The nuggets were very disappointing, they had no taste and the meat inside is too soft. To be honest, I don’t think it tasted like chicken at all so we didn’t eat them.
