the point of takeaway on the app is to provide a fast delivery but today is not the case. I tried calling your phone but it doesn't work. fine. so I have to change my plan in the last minute. I even take the time , 10 minutes, just to walk to your restaurant to ask for your phone number because problems need to sort out.
what did I see? three people not busy at all standing. fine. I ask for phone number. you said you don't have. fine. how do I contact you then? you say wait a second. fine! then what did you do? you went on to hear voice messages.
please show some professionalism as a restaurant. I dont have the duty to walk all the way just to get ignored by you, and not even to mention your previous food quality problems. you are not working up to expectations okay? I tried to warn you already.
and you wasted my time trying to fix things. you do not accept improvements.
