To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

銅鑼灣希雲街好多嘢食！今次嚟到Peek-A-Poke試試呢款源自夏威夷嘅Poke Bowl。不過勁慘，明明堂食但店員用咗個外賣盒，變咗Poke Box🤯😋 加州風味（刺身三文魚） $98
呢碗（盒）有三文魚、青瓜、雞蛋絲、三文魚子，下面係壽司飯，如果唔想要壽司飯或者想食多樣，都仲有沙律菜同埋珍珠糙飯可以揀😄 三文魚好厚切好大嚿，青瓜都係一樣切成大大粒，青瓜同三文魚比例大約2:1左右。每啖食落口都好多勁爽口嘅青瓜，感覺好fresh好健康😝 三文魚粒撈埋芝麻醬食都幾夾。雞蛋絲鹹咗啲，有少少影響咗個味😐 壽司飯食得出醋味，軟硬度適中，唔錯😬 98蚊呢個係標準size，覺得已經夠飽。如果想食多啲或者食少啲都有另外兩個size同價錢揀。
