To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚到了黃金海岸酒店享用自助餐，還未欣賞到食物，先被泳池景所吸引，在炎夏…看到清涼的水，比什麼都吸引。在食評中都知這兒的質素並不是得高，但晚上二人享受著悠閒的晚餐，好吃與否都是錦上添花吧。每位送上一隻龍虾作頭盤，伴上泰式辣汁，滋味提升。冷盤都是基本食物，沒有生蠔，質素一般，最差的是刺身，刀功很差，不合格。傻仔敏都是集中在燒烤區，較為吸引。要數最美味的就是一道蕃茄忌廉濃湯。整體是平平地的一頓BUFFET，食物質素一般，但環境理想。
