Overall I have to say I was disappointed. The service is poor, you have to constantly ask for them to fill up your glass of water. Even when clearing the dirty plates they do not notice that the glass is empty. If it is so difficult then just leave a resealable bottle of water on the table. Staff constantly talking to each other in a manner which means diners can hear them. For a 5 star hotel when I ask for a finger bowl to clean my hands after peeling prawns I expect to get a bowl of lemon wate

For a 5 star hotel when I ask for a finger bowl to clean my hands after peeling prawns I expect to get a bowl of lemon water and a towel that can be used again after washing. I do not expect wet wipes and paper serviettes. It is also less environmentally friendly. As for the food, well over the years the variety has been reducing. There is no more sashimi. Even if you want to get some wasabi and soy sauce it is difficult and they need to go to the Japanese restaurant to get it which took about 10 minutes. Beef, snails and some other dishes taste better with it. Grill scallops were over cooked, the squid was tasteless the beef ribeye was undercooked. The Mussels had gone cold and they did not even have a plate warmer. The lobster bisque was too watery. All in all I can see the standard and quality of food dropping over the years. It is sad but the reality is what it is and I will probably not return to this outlet.
