Poor and disappointing booking arrangement

After confirming lunch booking at 12:30, the restaurant notified me around 12:00 that booking must be cancelled or must be moved to 1:00. I was very surprised and awkward because I have to notified my client to change restaurant last minute and it is difficult to find another restaurant at that time!
