It was my first visit. I order avocado toast and flat white. Food and coffee are fine, not amazing, and a bit overpriced.When I ordered, the girl at cashier asked me which "type" I want. She just threw out two words that I don't understand. After I asked her twice, she finally said it's the type of coffee beans and their characteristics. When I paid she asked if I'm a member. I said no. Then I asked how to be a member. She pointed to the QR code without mentioning that I have to register before

After I asked her twice, she finally said it's the type of coffee beans and their characteristics. When I paid she asked if I'm a member. I said no. Then I asked how to be a member. She pointed to the QR code without mentioning that I have to register before I paid in order to get the point for this time. By then I have already paid. Very poor attitude for someone who works in a cafe, which I expected they should be trained for their customer communication skills, especially for this kind of price I was paying.
