I was in a rush leaving so I came to the counter directly, asked a staff who apparently had nothing to do at that moment for bills. That staff told me to sit and wait. She emphasized she is not a cashier and cashier was busy (well it’s interesting that you know but have no intention to assist). Meanwhile outside many people were waiting in the heavy rain. When I finally have paid the bills and leaving, I saw two staff chilling near the entrance, chatting and laughing. They have no awareness to help their colleagues or serve customers. Trainings are needed for those staff.
