Poor tastes of the grilled pork neck and others are ordinary.I bought it yesterday. Thai grilled pork neck was not fully grilled in the oven,which was the most disappointing part and it made me sick to my stomach as the price of this was not worthy and did not meet our expectations.The half of the hainanese chicken was packed in the freezer. The thai pork shank is the only thing still ok as it is high in collagen which you can feel during eating. Some of the meat is not braised enough and some are ok.Quite confused why!
The location is located in a market and the dishes were nothing special.
However,I highly recommend their sauces,really packing a flavour punch.
Hope the grilled pork neck can be fully grilled in the oven.
