Poor food and even worse service

We came to this restaurant because it is a famous brand. Now I wish I didn't come. The restaurant had only three other customers when we arrived. The ordering process was smooth and the first five dishes arrived promptly. However, the 咕嚕肉 was no where to be seen when we'd almost done with other dishes. I asked the waitress three times and her answer was always "it is coming". I finally decided to cancel this dish because it is utterly unacceptable to take one hour for them to make it. The waitre

The ordering process was smooth and the first five dishes arrived promptly. However, the 咕嚕肉 was no where to be seen when we'd almost done with other dishes. I asked the waitress three times and her answer was always "it is coming". I finally decided to cancel this dish because it is utterly unacceptable to take one hour for them to make it. The waitress became very unhappy and stopped answering me. I then requested the check. She simply ignored my request and warned me not to bother her again. A few minuets later, she delivered the 咕嚕肉. It turned out to be the worst dish I have ever tasted. It is basically a mimic of pure fat!
