Poor food quality and bad service

Food quality was bad and service was worse. The staff dropped a knife on my hand, I started bleeding and they didn’t do anything about it until I asked them for a band aid. Happy hour is until 8pm and I wanted to order at 7:59pm but they wouldn’t let me.
