Poor Quality Service & Half Cooked Food

Literally served us half cooked dumpling with the filling of the dumplings still being cold inside. Worst is the ramen noodles served wasnt even hot. Also the service provided was poor! Dont recommend eating here.Very poor quality of service,serving and communication!
