poor service again

This place has ups and downs. Food is usually ok to good but service can be outrageously bad.Today the shanghai soup noodles were good The Singapore noodles were goodThe Szechwan dumplings arrived cold so we sent them back. They just reheated them probably in a microwave. What happens when you microwave lovely soft fresh dumplings? well it is not as bad as Caroline Wheelers Birthday Present but they do go nasty and hard. This just demonstrates the slack arsed service and lack of customer care.Ba

Bad service again! the kitchen obviously try.
