This is out first time to pizza express at time square and we were expecting the same quality and service as the one at kornhill, where we have been going for years. However, we got a really disappointing dinner this time. The salad we ordered (large Caesar salad) was not the size as usual (looked like someone has taken away part if it). Next came the peking duck pizza and its alright
After the pizza, we were trying to order a rigatoni bolognese. We requested to have it serve with mushroom instead (allergy to beef). The manager, who helped us with the order, was confused and showed no patience to help with aggressive and teasing tone!
Poor service and not recommended place for meal. Also poor service from the manager.
