The food quality and variety is great, but the service is terrible. The Korean lady who manages the bottom floor clearly does not want to entertain non Korean customers. Korean customers have priority on the ground floor while the others are seated upstairs. We were also told you cannot use the BBQ if you do not order more than 1 type of BBQ item but when I went with Korean friends, this was not a problem! The food quality and variety is great, but the service is terrible. The Korean lady who manages the bottom floor clearly does not want to entertain non Korean customers. Korean customers have priority on the ground floor while the others are seated upstairs.

We were also told you cannot use the BBQ if you do not order more than 1 type of BBQ item but when I went with Korean friends, this was not a problem! In addition, even if there are empty tables, the lady says you cannot sit until the full party is there but we saw other customers being given their seats even when their party is not full.

Given the large number of other available options, I don't think such service is worth putting up for even if the food is great.
