Finally went out for family lunch to airport again in many years. Visited Tonkotsu 8 which used to be a favourite shop. The food was okay, but the service was awful. I have a hard time writing a poor review about a shop that has had as hard a time as the airport shops over the past few years, but the mentality and body language of the waiters was simply unacceptable. 1. The food was okay, but the service was awful. I have a hard time writing a poor review about a shop that has had as hard a time as the airport shops over the past few years, but the mentality and body language of the waiters was simply unacceptable.
1. Not taking the correct the correct order, despite it was repeated several times
2. Not apologising for not taking the order instead a snarky “it is coming”
3. Body language that immediately tells you that they don’t want to deal with anything
4. Food being “thrown” on the table
After 3 hard years, I think they need to get in touch with their customer service again.
