I will get straight to the point here. This is a medium to high level restaurant and charges at that kind of price point. I expect the whole experience to match that. The steak should be on point and service should be the first priority. This was not at all the case. We asked for medium cooked steak but it came very well done. So well done I could knock someone out with it. The oysters were also charged at prime pricing and were not fresh nor high grade. The sides can rarely be messed up so I will not go there. The service... The service was terrible. The servers only spoke English and they were terrible at it. When I asked for a suggestion, they were shocked and did not know was I was saying. I asked what oysters they had and from where, not only did they not know, they just didnt know how to react and would not go ask someone else when they couldnt answer. I asked how the pizza was, how its cooked and if they had a stone oven for it. "Yes Oven, Yes!" was the clueless answer I received. Wooloomooloo, please don't destroy your brand by cheaping out on staff.
